I have been working on a website and doing a good bit of printing work for a new reataurant in Fuengirola. They have eventually opened serving a fresh TEX MEX menu, which we sampled last week and we were amazed that TEX MEX could be so delicious. We have sampled this genre of cooking in chains and the odd pub and it has always seemed to be deep fried and over spiced, but this was wonderful.
The Abadia de San Antonio is where the battle of the Alamo was fought and the owners formerly ran "The Alamo" restaurant in Dubai, so they bring with them pleny of expertise.
